Pre-IEP Meeting

At the time we give you our opinion of your IEP [or your case], we will discuss your legal options and the direction you wish to take. In some cases, the client decides to have a doctor/advocate attend their next IEP meeting; in others, the client elects to file with the California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). After a plan of action has been decided, a “Client/Advocate” agreement is executed and implemented.
